Delivery / Returns
Once you've placed your order, we will do our best to package it up and get it ready for shipping within 2-3 business days.
~ UK domestic orders are shipped using Royal Mail first class large letter and can expect to take 1-2 business days once dispatched.
~ European orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and can expect to take 7-10 business days once dispatched.
~ Worldwide orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked and can expect to take 2-3 weeks once dispatched.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items arrive ready to gift in their own branded gift box with a business card included.
If you are sending the item direct to recipient and would like to include a note just let us know when you check out.
Returns, exchanges and cancellations
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
If you have changed your mind and would like to return you order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the order is returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, we may not be able to offer a full refund.
